Nutrition Tip that I follow...
Having more meals frequently will keep your metabolism at a high level thoughout the day. This does not mean to have 6 large meals, rather to split up your small ones. This is a great way to cut down on unwanted bodyfat. Keeping track of your meals will make you more aware of what you are eating and how many calories you are digesting.
